I watch several tow channels, and EA's fees are about double the average. However, I understand that topography in Gatlinburg is more severe (pardon the pun) than most places, and many cars require dollies for proper removal. In other markets, they simply forego the dollies and just drag the cars from whichever two wheels they can grab. This is probably why people bi**h and mo*n about damaging their cars in towing. I would never be careless enough to park illegally, but I appreciate that Jeff and kristen take such good care of the vehicles they tow.
