(1:10) Here's a neat thing about the Nordic flags: The thickness of the cross is not the same between the flags, but what all flags have in common is that the top left and bottom left squares are perfect 1:1 squares. This means that the centre of the cross is located a distance from the left edge equal to half the height of the flag. So while there is an official aspect ratio, it's okay to use another aspect ratio, _but,_ the position of the cross must remain. You can't scale the flag horizontally, you can't crop both edges, you can only expand and crop the right side.

You spaced on the Southern Cross constellation on the Australian flag. That’s also close to the star pattern on the NZ flag, and if you look closely at the Brazil flag, there’s also a small Southern Cross in the star patterns. Living in the Northern Hemisphere, people tend to forget that.

Brazilian flag is a Green Square with a yellow rhombus inside ( don't touch the cornes), and a blue circle at center with white band with "ordem e progresso" that means order and progress and also in blue circle there are 27 stars, representing the 26 states + federal district, theyre positionated like in the brazilian sky
