BMT has already been done in Mar 2018, presently I am on bortezomib maintenance therapy but my Kappa value is increasing by 669 and kappa lda ratio is 70, bone merrow bypsy is showing 6% plasma cell and ca is 8.9 Dr suggested for daratumub. Yes, in ovarian cancer even if patient is on wheelchair they can get very good response with very light chemotherapy.

Sir, my father is having small cell carcinoma lung 4th stage Bronchoscopy done PET Scan done Chemotherapy 2 cycle complete :- Etoposide and Cisplatin 3rd cycle due on 01 Dec 2020 Any other latest treatment, Clinical trials or any combination treatment is available for the same. Is there need of further testing of slide and block. Any target, Immunotherapy, Proton, Dendritic therapy Reqd along with treatment. Plz tell me. Can I come to you if any above treatment is possible. Plz advice me sir, I m not getting any clear picture of further treatment and being a Army Person there is problem of leave too. I already taken one month next year leave in advance. Sir, my father is 63 yr,,,he has liver tumour of Size 10cm×9 cm,, which is confirmed as cancer through PET CT But it doesn't spread in any other areas.... Doctor told u have 2 options for him 1.Nivolumab injection 200 mg which ₹ 1 lakh per injection 2.lenvatinib 4 mg Also he told me that injection doesn't have full gurantee that it can cure it.... That's why I choice lenvatinib capsule... Also we cannot afford this injection.... So according to u this treatment is good or we have to afford nivolumab.. Also tell me this stage of liver tumour is very lethal or not . Please reply...

You can try lenvatinib. If lenvatinib fails there are other targeted therapies (not costly). You can take an opinion via number in video description
