Yes to some extent it does, but for prostate cancer patients are commonly on hormone therapy and they need to eat a diet low in fat and processed sugar, and exercise at least 2 hours per week to prevent obesity, muscle loss and mood change.

Nice information sir Thank you Sir muje 2020 mai ovarian cancer (clear cell ) diagnosed hua tha .I was 39 yrs old that time . us samay ovary ke saath precautionaly uterus bhi operate karke remove karva diya tha.6 cycle chemo liya 1st follow up mai March 21 mai hi pata chala ki disease vaapas aa gayi spleen mai actually aug 20 mai 4 th cycle of chemo ke time mai hi spleen par lesson aaye the 2 jo ki us samay cancerous nahi the Than I was operated 2 nd time ( secondary cytoreducrion ) for spleenectomy .my onchologist said to see my histopatho report of spleen that it is adenocarcinoma but it is a part of clear cell of ovarian cancer .2 nd time 6 cycle of chemotherapy was done than I was put on Target therapy for 15 month Har 3 month check up ke liye jaati thi during target therapy Target therapy continue running thi fr bhi injectable target therapy ke 15 th month ke baad ke check up mai pata chala esi year mai March 2023 mai ki tail of pancreas par ak lesson hai cancerous Ess baar operate na karke dr put me on chemotherapy . 5 cycle ho chuke hai Sorry for long history but my question is ki recurrence itna jaldi jaldi q ho raha hai ??? Aur mera weight bhi raise ho gaya hai Normal diet par hi hu jo disease se pahle bhi thi par weight raise ho raha hai Present mai 104 kg weight par hu Vese starting se atheletic body hi hai Par ab total 3 years and 9 month mai 17 cycle of chemo and 15th cycle of target therapies ke baad body mai stamina nahi raha weakness tiredness bahut hota hai aur weight gain Weight q gain ho raha hai Plzzz tell me my questions answer

It is difficult to answer simply but basically there has been very little advancement in pancreatic cancer in the last 30 years. Targeted therapy only works in 20-25% of patients and immunotherapy in less than 5%. Current research might lead to pancreatic cancer breakthroughs in the next 3 years.
