Great video. Really showcases some of the features that separates DRV from other manufacturers. Wife and I plan to pull the trigger on one of these in about a year. We shopped around a lot and toured many high end coaches, but the build quality and aesthetics of DRV got our attention right away.

Where is the phone in jack located on my 2016 38rssa elite suites

It should be in the little bay with the coax and the leveling control panel. The door of this bay has a plug to allow cables to feed into it. You'll likely see it is CAT 5. Not to worry the phone will plug right in as well.

Exactly why I'm turning to DRV in a few months. Ease of maintenance. Unlike my car, that's the way it should be...an owner should easily diagnose, easily repair most any "little" issue without having to make an appointment, tow to the 'factory', wait months, give more and more money to the repair facility...That's BS. DRV seems to be the only ones to address user friendly repairs and has addressed the all too common 5th wheel failure points.. ..right down to addressing wheel bearings. 2019 is it.
