IF you are happy at 2 days--just wait! It gets better and better. Make sure to roll. That is how you get the softest skin and it helps with the numbness and with the pain as well. You can roll immediately right on the faja and then as you can tolerate it you can roll right on your skin.

Okay, now this video has me sold because I absolutely love what you said about how when you put the fat too high up on the hip. It's a very jarring unnatural line. I love love love that you truly take into account what we would look like in nature if we were given these shapes. I feel too many doctors don't think about that and that is why I've been hesitant about getting this surgery for years. I also decided to just take the gym route but after 4 years in the gym I'm starting to get a little discouraged by my lack of dramatic change. I do love my body very much but i do just feel like I'm still missing that umph to my butt hough. and possibly contemplating surgery again. Anyway I say all that to, this is the first video that's ever made me feel confident about this surgery because too many of surgeons make you look unnatural and that is my biggest fear.

Yes some people love hip dips. I fill them in because that is the look I like and it follows the Ogee line which I like as well. Everyone likes something different. Go to a surgeon who prefers to leave the hip dip unfilled and you will get the look you like. It is all personal preference. There is no right or wrong.

She looks amazing pre and post surgery and I 100% get why everyone is saying that you can achieve this with a good diet and work out but I feel like it’s a bit insensitive to say here, especially since the average person doesn’t know a whole lot about how losing fat works and making assumptions about this person from a 1 minute video of them From my own research, understanding, and personal experience, you lose fat EVERYWHERE on your body and your stomach fat is the most stubborn and last to go, “just focus on that area” that works with muscles, not fat I’m speculating she got a BBL cuz she likes being curvy and doesn’t want to lose her already natural curves and is just insecure about her stomach/waist area Plus if you have a good doctor who actually cares about you and not your money they would most likely tell you all your options during your consultations

Personally I don't inject fat into patients who have had any type of fillers regardless of the time frame or whether they have been dissolved or not. I worry about infection. For me it is a safety issue.

I don't think of it that way. I think a better way is to get to your lowest BMI you can before surgery. Less complications and better results. Eat clean, exercise and then have surgery. That's how you can get the very best results. Recovery is no joke. The surgery is expensive. Get yourself in the best possible situation prior to having surgery so you have the fewest problems and get the very best results.

I carry majority of my fat in my thighs. You mentioned adding fat TO the legs, but what about doing lipo on the thighs as well? Is that not something that you do, because that's another area that I want smaller, not larger

What if someone you are doing doesnt have alot of fat, im very skinny and have alot of chest area that i would like to remove.
