Today we are going to see how to make Dry Fish Pickle. Here i took dry shark. you can take any bone less fish for this pickle recipe.
This no need to refrigerate. and will increase taste and softness day by day..

Dry Shark - 750 gm
Oil - for fry
Oil - for seasoning - 2 Tbsp
Ginger Chopped - 1/2 Cup
Garlic Chopped - 1/2 Cup
Curry Leaves
Green Chillies - 4 Nos
Vinegar - 1/4 Cup
Asafoetida - 1/2 Tsp
Mustard
