what do you recommend to get a full night's sleep-biotene gives me only five hours straight sleep and find myself drinking water every hour after that which keeps me up for the rest of the night?

Try to drink more water throughout the day and try xylitol mints. Check in with your dentist for their advice.

I have been struggling with dry mouth and lips with my invisalign for awhile now. I think it may be my elastics. It's not as bad when they are not in. Sometimes I have to take them out to get relief. I also feel very nauseous with the elastics.

Some people have strong gag reflex to aligners and elastics. Would you happen to have latex allergy? Perhaps try non latex elastics.

Mam I have dry lips it was there before too but after putting aligners for almost 4-5 months I didn't had dry lips but since from past few days I have dry lips like I used to have mam and mam mine last aligners the above tooth aligner were sharp so I have a crack in a side of my gum so when I eat or speak or were the next aligners which I am currently wearing are paining so mam what can I do to heal it mam can you please tell me me mam
