I wish my dentist gave me your link to start. I’m grateful for finding you. Your videos are so much more helpful than anything & everything my dentist has told me! She just scolds me constantly but never tells me why I should be doing anything or how much. I popped 3 chewies & she said I was doing it wrong, but never told me what to do or why, or how long! Ditto for how long to wear (days). Just 22 hrs a day, which caused migraines. She shook her head & said to get used to it.

Do we need to floss our teeth after every meal? I did it after every meal. That’s why I do not snack between meals. I clean my trays only 2 x daily, morning and nighttime. For lunch in office, I just rinse my trays.

Many patients do not floss after each meal. It depends if you get a lot of food stuck between your teeth.
