I had just gotten off stage from a competition where I competed in figure at 165 lbs. I’m now 5’10” and weigh 185.....eat a sandwich? I smashed a 22 oz burger like it was a slider. Lol! Mike O’Hearn is in complete control of what I eat, I know I’m good....there needs to be more people like you Nathan that rises up, defends people and spreads love. God bless my friend. 🙏🏼✝️💜

I love the way mike does a dryout. We see bad dryouts from bodybuilders and cuts from fighters all the time and mike is doing it very healthy and is getting even better results

I tried the water thing and looked 25% better without doing anything. I was severely dehydrated and the water filled me out and I was 4 lbs heavier after the urine breaks. I’ve been following mike since muscle mag days. The man is extremely knowledgeable and is a good dude. Thank you 🙏

First I want to say thanks Mike. I am 66 years old and have had heart valve replacement a year ago. Being a retired cop I did lots of damage to both of my knees and had them replaced several years ago. Back in the early 90s I did some natural bodybuilding had fun but the diet was crazy. I have been doing your dry out and I must say ‘WOW’. I am having a blast on this I see my body changing. I feel the best I have felt in years. Tell your wife thanks for the food tips. One thing I am not a big fan of uncle Ben cream of rice, but I am eating it. My weight is staying the same 202. Again Mike thanks. I doing it till the end.

I’m running the script on Day 2 going strong. 75g of carbs and eliminating them tomorrow. 1200 calories, 2 hours of cardio. Photoshoot is set for next weekend. Time to grind. Amazing content!

I’ve been doing the Titan Challenge on the FitPlan app. I’m such a fan of it. It made me find a new love for the weights. It’s great physically but also mentally for me. Thanks Mike and all involved. I wish there was some way I could communicate with my fellow titans!

So in fact to understand this whole process. The preparation for this is to let your body know to handle a whole bunch of calories first focus on get better in the movements and learn the exercise to increase the weights effectefly instead of increasing the volume before you learn each exercise in a beautiful way. When you want to great job you have to study First. All this like getting your Body use to a big amount of calories and quality movement with big weights, to build a body. You build your Body. We are letting the media and "progressives" change our perception. That now kind, generous , nurturing, and feminine qualities are subservient and oppressive.

Wish I can eat 8 times a day. But with my work schedule I can average 5 meals maybe 6-7 a day. I wake up at 5am. Have my first meal. Then my next two meals depends when break time starts at work. I have my post after workout. Then I eat two more times when I get home . I get in bed by 10:30-11
