I've been doing dry wash and go's for years. They're wonderful. Never thought about using hair clips. Great idea. Thank you!

This worked better than any wet wash n go I've done! I ised tali ah waajid curly curl cream and UFD gel amd the results were extremely defined and shiny 4a/4b/4c cutlass. I was so skeptical because it went against what I've been told...to always wash n go on wet hair

Yeah I’ve done this before and it helps my hair type, I tend to have trouble defining and shaping my hair but this process helps a lot

What is the name of those clips you use please? Beautiful style.
@40EntrepreneurDrive3 жыл бұрын
Absolutely love the channel name! It really made me giggle. That's not what I came to comment on. But after reading the name I had forgotten. Oh yeah, the mousse definitely gave your curly softer look. More than a gel or gel cream would. I am interested in getting a diffuser. Most of the ones I've seen at the beauty supply store do not have that particular attachment. That one looks like it has more nozzles which would be more beneficial on denser hair👍

@@lyricalheartsmusic so would i replace the apple vinger gel with wetline and use moose with wetline/?
@lyricalheartsmusic3 жыл бұрын
@@bp2s Yes, I would say, replace the apple vinger with wetline to see how you like it. I don't know if you need to use moose and wetline though, becuase I don't believe moose moisturizes your hair, I think it just gives it hold. So using both wetline and moose could dry out your hair.

I've been trying to find a method that doesn't include any heat. I don't put heat on my hair at all, won't even use it on cool...and I haven't done so in 12yrs. I see everyone always uses a diffuser tho. There has to be a way to let it air dry without it frizzing up or shrinking as much. If anyone has any tips I'd definitely appreciate it
@jordanab.93522 жыл бұрын
I'm still trying to find one too I heard dry wash n go.. then air dry I heard plopping hair with a towel over night I'm gonna try them
@moyin282 Жыл бұрын
Air drying is bound to cause frizz as the mousse is heat activated (i.e. it needs the heat for the hold to actually work), plus you're leaving your hair wet for a longer amount of time, letting the curls get disrupted before your set has actually dried. If it makes you feel any better, using indirect heat (heat from the diffuser or hooded dryer) will not cause heat damage. Direct heat (from blow dryers and flat irons) is what can lead to heat damage.

Do you do that stretching method every night?
@kapparhotau1813 жыл бұрын
Most ppl just do the pineapple method but if you have multiple textures and porosities the pineapple usually doesn't work and you have to do the silk or satin scrunchies every night. Now if you don't care about shrinkage then just where a bonnet
