How did you get the brush tool out?

I tied a rag to our flexible rods pushed them all the way through and then pulled the rag through the duct and it pulls the brush with it.

Lol. Dab a little lick tight on the brush threads. I just seen a local guy to said that us was unsafe to clean it yourself lol.
