DryTide 30 Liter Dry Bag: Waterproof External Pocket Test

The 30 liter DryTide Whale dry bag has an external pocket where you can store your phone, wallet, maybe car keys, a power bar... things you need to keep close at hand. Usually external pockets on dry bags have "waterproof" zippers that are in reality only splash proof. That means that they will survive really light rain or a splash or two. But when things get more serious, heavy rain, constant splashing or dry bag falling into the sea, water will easily get inside.
With 30 liter Whale dry bag we wanted to improve that so the external pocket has a real waterproof zipper that will stop the water in every situation except when pushing the dry bag underwater.
