Thank you! I was wondering about what the mixture was because I tried joint compound by itself and it wasn't like yours when I watched your other videos. You are so talented and have quite a gift. I am hoping to learn more.

Hi. I absolutely love your work and I feel very inspired 😊 How do you hang your smaller unframed art? Is there something smart, that takes the weight, that you can attach to the drywall backside?

How quickly does that mixture take to dry? I'm hoping not long so I can complete a canvas within an hour or two.
@marconesoundsАй бұрын
The Drywall plaster shown (USG Sheetrock) has different setting times, 5 minutes, 20, 45, 90 & 210. Thats set, but not dry. Dry time depends on the thickness of the plaster used. If its only a few millimeters a hairdryer can help evaporate any moisture. Would recommend letting dry right out before painting as the drying plaster needs to evaporate and may cause paint to peel as it escapes the plaster.

Can you please list the materials.. I am having a little difficulty hearing some of the materials.. what type of board did you say to use?
@VieryArt11 ай бұрын
hi. the most important material is joint compound then you can use drywall board. you can find that material at any construction store.
@taam727286 ай бұрын
What is the purple material you use in the 4:00?
@donaldbriske34552 ай бұрын
That's insulation foam. They carry it at construction supply stores. He probably uses it because it's easier and cleaner to work with than drywall.

Joint compound - found at any hardware store. There is also a variation know as “hot mud” with different setting times - slow to very fast (5min - 90min)
