True, but your not using the pump until its needed (which would be a lot of water) Drywell is too close to house (looks kike 1m away from house), should have taken it a lot further ​@TjStammen

Not a lot of room in this area, that is why we put the backup pump in so that if the well begins to fill too much the pump will move the water out.
