DS 650 crotch rocket motor swap the atv is moving along doing little by little. It's not the easiest thing I've ever done.

😊 your engine is tilted to high at the back i would say. The oil pan should be level. Id use a 1999 hayabusa external fuel pump make sure you also make a lower rear engine mount and the other front mount. That thing will pull like a mad dog. You gonna need all motor mounts connected to hold it in safely. I managed to get 4 cone shaped air filters on mine but i lowered the frame more then you did. Which lowered the foot pegs more. Making it more comfortable to ride

What are you doing about intake filter? And what about the shifter ? I’m getting ready to do the same build but I’m getting a 06 gsxr 750 just looking for a build to follow.... but looks great so far keep it going

I saw a guy who had boots made that turned down so you could put filters on. But instill have to research that. Worse comes to worse I may put filter foam directly over the throttle bodies. I don't want to do it that way but it is an option I suppose

I had about 2000 into this build took me a while to gather all the parts but I was doing it as cost efficient as I could

The entire bottom of the frame and the motor mounts had to be cut and had to fab up a carrier for the motor. Just took a little bit of thought.
