😊 I used a 1999 hayabusa external fuel pump on mine. I put a 2007 hayabusa engine in my ds650. This thing will do 100mph in first gear

I've put a gsx600f in my ds.. if your gonna put on a chain slipper/slider then purchase a sheet/length of H.D.P.E plastic.. the thickness is up to you.. probably at least 5mm thick. Cut the width you need off then heat it with a heat gun and while hot bend it round the swingarm.. then either hold it till it cools down or get someone else to pour cold water over it while your holding it.. it'll then form the shape and stay there.. then drill and rivet it to the swingarm remembering to countersink the rivets into the plastic so they are not exposed to the chain.

I built mine about 3 years ago. I used a 2004 predator with a 2007 GSX-R 750. Glad to see someone else doing this. My advice is to take your time, think everything through, and make sure you work out the big obstacles before you start diving in and realize there's no way back. Hope to see a video of it ripping. What tube to use for the motor mounts? and what chain did you use?

It was just half inch i.d. steel tubing I had laying around

Did the motor Fit without cuting the frame.?

No it didnt I had to cut and make up a new carrier for the bottom of the frame

actually got it done rode it few times once in the dunes and traded it for a Dirtbike lol quad was sweet just limited places to ride it. check out the video on my channel of when I took it to the dunes
