Thet 8” the driver is damage you can hear clear the 6.5 but the 8” is only the mid working no sparks

I have been looking at those 6.5. I wonder since those 6.5 are slim fit can they fit in my 2011 cadillac escalade front doors and back doors with out any Modification to the doors. If anybody has those mids in a cadillac escalade without no modification to the doors I will love to know before I make a purchase.

May need to work on mic, still not sounding good on my end, not sure what others use. But may have a mic issue. can u get the db up. 93 , is pretty low, I'd had hoped for least 98db, and more capabilities. does this have a built in cross over ? On the cone ? 12db, and cap ? Likely needs 1. need, a dsp too, brings to much other freq, thru, are u cutting out anything below 100 hz ?

yeah video may not do any justice, it does have a built in bassblocker only for the compression driver, and the amp is set to a fullfange setup, the EQ is flat , yes a DSP is always recommended for better tunning

It's still a coax, it just uses a compression drive for a tweeter instead of a standard tweeter. In my experience with them, hybrid speakers are just badass coaxs.

So I have a 3-way component speaker set-up in my front doors, and I'm looking to replace the 6.5" and 4" drivers. Possibly the tweeters too. Anyway, does the horn actually have a separate driver in the middle? I'm wondering if I should just get a standard woofer as a replacement or try something different. If it has a tweeter or something in the middle, I'd just be wasting money since mu crossover is going to cut those highs anyway, right? Obviously, I'm new to this, so I'm just wondering what the horn is for (aids in amplification?).
