The original bosses in Souls mods really need more moves in general. Have you tried DS1 Nightfall?

Sadly no. I haven't even played the regular DS1 yet. DS3 and ER are the only Souls games I've ever played.

@@xsxoxo DS1 is my favorite but the bosses aren't like DS3 until the dlc. The Nightfall mod makes them all like DS3 but ehhh the moveset of the humanoid boss is even more limited than this guy. The first boss is aight tho.

@@Kerrfuffle I think this Boss is really cool with the soundtrack and the vibes. But the limitation of his moveset is kind of a deal breaker. At least for a low damage run like this.

@@Kerrfuffle I will definitely try out other Souls titles but I would prefer playing them Vanilla first. Though I was actually planning to try out DS2 first instead of DS1 or DSR idk the difference. DSR is the one I have.

@@xsxoxo Do DS2 first. The bossing is more interesting cuz there's more reliance on positioning and movement rather than rolling. After a while though it gets boring cuz almost every boss is the same. The DLC humanoids are the peak of DS2 bosses so keep your eyes peeled when you reach those. DS1/DSR is legit just slower DS3 and the bosses suck until DLC. It's my favorite combat flow and pretty much every non combat aspect is Souls at its peak, like, only Bloodborne comes close to DS1's world. DeS is like a DS1 tech demo and I wouldn't even blame you for skipping it. Combat is a mess and the remake changed nothing LOL Sekiro isn't a Soulslike but it's a great action game. It's like if Bloodborne shed more of its Souls roots as it should have and became its own thing.
