It depends, Gael is stronger as a DLC boss in first NG, Yhorm is stronger in NG+ and higher

The combo can do around 10k dmg to yhorm, so depending on if the ai is feeling crazy it’ll still win. Yhorm can beat Midir though as shown in the video. Pretty crazy

Gael only kills him on NG, on NG7+ Yhorm wins because he has a much bigger HP boost than all the other bosses so in his normal form Yhorm loses, in his strongest form Yhorm is a super tank.

Gael and Midir beat Yhorm almost all the time on NG but on NG+7, Yhorm's health scales significantly higher relative to the other bosses so then only Midir can really beat him and not all the time

I knew how all of this would go, though I have to say that the Wyvern did rather well considering Yhorm's fire immunity. And I think it further shows that doing the same thing as Halflight vs. bosses, but with Gravetender and Greatwolf, could be pretty neat. Just seeing how many bosses Gravetender can kill even before Greatwolf appears would be cool. That, or the other gauntlet fights I keep requesting (Ascended Winged Knights, Giant Man-Serpent with chain, Rosaria's Fingers or Alva and Creighton.)

Yhorm was a badass. It goes to show how much the storm bringer sword helps you out in his battle. Friede took a while for me to beat he did it with more than half a health bar left, first try.

At the beginning of the 1st part, I thought Yhorm would be beaten up by most of the bosses, turns out he beat everybody. Now, before the 2nd part, I thought nobody could ever stop him, and he manages to be killed by 2 bosses. Not bad at all for a boss that isn't even a DLC boss or the final boss of the game.
