I have so much. I watch the way the sky and clouds change shapes and colors, studying the way my cat moves, the humming birds getting their evening drink. I love the sounds and fragrance of a rain storm . I am so blessed.

Could not have said it better. The things you describe cannot be made, only God made them. The things you describe are priceless, and money cannot buy. These natural things you discuss, create true happiness. Money is not natural. If I had money, I would buy property in France (house and land), near Monaco, lots more room and a lot less expensive. Why would you spend too much money to live in a crowded, packed rich prison type commun in a small apt?

It’s a good practice for my ego to watch this video and not get jealous or feel bad about myself for not being in this scene. Not feeling cheated because I don’t have this lifestyle. Learning to love and enjoy what the universe has given me and not longing for more. It’s taken me a long time to realize this and I become more realistic and free every day.😊

And when I visited in 2001, I thought the casinos were absolute dumps. I take it they have invested more money onto them. Prince Rainier also made sure that every able bodied person had a job, which was incredibly impressive!!!

You can enjoy Monaco without being rich. That is the real kicker. When I was starting out, many, many moons ago, as a teenage mom and then RN, I decided the chances of me being rich and traveling the world were not great, but I could choose to live in one of those fabulous playgrounds by the water full time, and so I did. And it was a playground, not just for the rich, but for me too. Climbing the real estate ladder in such a place really does build wealth over time. If you leave, you take that wealth with you and can live large in an affordable place. If you stay, you can live in beauty and comfort, but maybe not opulence, which is overrated, in my experience.

I love that for you, it’s definitely a mental block ppl tell themselves “it’s not meant for me, only the rich and celebrities”. We all deserve to enjoy and live life in comfort if work is put in. @@leahw2461 Sure. I started out buying the cheapest house on the island for my first residence. I was not talking about Monaco earlier. I live in Hawaii. Even that was a stretch at the time. I rented out a bedroom to vacationing windsurfers. My bed and bath was on one side of the house, theirs on the other. They helped pay my mortgage and build equity. I saved money. When I sold and traded up, I continued to rent out a bedroom for several years. After that, I traded up without needing to rent rooms. Having roommates can be fun. They are gone a lot, you are gone a lot, so it is not bad.

I've been to Monaco and Cannes before, and it was a great trip to get to know a new city with lots of rich people. The values and qualities are simply higher than in other cities. The area is not just for the rich, but also for tourists. Have fun visiting :)

I live in the south of France not too far from Monaco… Ummmm it’s not that great compared to where I live… I have 1 acre in a forest mountain area with a nice size home and rental property on the land and me and my husband don’t even make 100k per year…. Sooooo yeah

I have been to Monaco on a modest tourist bus. Nevertheless we rubbed shoulders with the rich and famous just by walking around or enjoying a drink in one of the bars, or eating at a restaurant. It was an incredible experience. I absolutely loved it. The highlight was watching the fireworks bursting over the bay while fabulous music was playing. Just magical.

Don’t think many humble people live there. Was so disappointed to find out my idol since I was 3 , Dame Shirley Bassey lives there. No tax though. These promotional videos never show the dodgy areas. in these kind of place…there has to be servers and the people they serve. without the servers, the place will not be beautiful ..someone has to clean, maintain the house and garden..cook and serve food and drinks, make the bed etc. The ones who get served has to compensate the servers so they can make a living. But this place will not be a playground without the maids, helpers, waiters and servers

To a C list fashion designer, known to treat her unpaid interns really badly, as well as know for clothes that rarely holds up, for much longer then one or two times wear, before disappointed clients, return to her store to complain. No clue how she even ended up, in this program in the first place, guess she was the only one begging to do it for free.

This kind of wealth is beyond my comprehension. Monaco is an example of outrageously excellent marketing. The kind that makes rich people lose their minds if they can't be part of the buzz. We once drove through Monaco, to see how it was, but it lacked any kind of atmosphere or cultural heritage. So much more beautiful places along the Cote d'Azur and towards Cinque Terre in Italy. Monaco is just to see and to be seen.. 😘

What is wrong is your mindset. People are not equals. They have different physical characteristics, they have different mind characteristics, they have different parentage, different schooling, some work hard and some are lazy. Some are going to rise up and some are going to fall down. This will never change and it’s not wrong to be one that rises up it’s just an inevitability. Wealthy people usually put their money to work in private enterprise which produces products and services that people want and creates jobs for everyone else. All of the money paid in taxes is generated by private enterprise. When people engage in private enterprise they learn the financial machinations of life which enables them to expand and keep their wealth. This is not wrong or greed it’s just inevitable.

I live close to the Mexico border. I always go *luxdups* , their quality is great. Some of them are made with leather and really hard to tell the difference from real or not. Either way, it’s your choice. No judgement from me

As far as I can tell, what "put Monaco on the map" was the race, which has been going on since the 1920s. Before then it was apparently just a sleepy fishing village in the Mediterranean. Monaco was already "a thing" (again, mostly because of the Grand Prix) by the time Grace Kelly married the Prince.
