I like Emin Agalarov, the Russian with the big house and toys. He seems like a level headed guy who knows that even with billions, building a shopping center that could go bust would be a major setback. He was honest and it didn't seem like he took himself too seriously. He wasn't a snob which probably surprised us all.

I find this comical! I'm retired, with a lovely home, great car, and money in the bank. I shop when I want, buy what I want and travel as I wish. I'm blessed to be able to help out my children when they need a financial boost without worrying about having to curtail my own finances. I'm not deprived n any way. I spend the bulk of my time in my bedroom and the kitchen, using the dining room twice a year and the living room only occasionally. So why would I, with my family grown, need a castle, or even a penthouse? Are they beautiful? Absolutely! I can appreciate the grandeur. But a waste for me. I guess I just don't think like a wealthy person! If I had billions or even millions, I really wouldn't know what to do with it. You can buy only so many designer clothes (although I love them!) Truly, it's a big responsibility to manage such high sums. It all comes down to what you want out of your life. Emin seemed like a cool guy though for someone with so much money. And he can actually sing! Very Enrique Iglesias.

Young Russian Billionaire Real Estate Logic 🤨 6.38: [when asked why he doesn't just buy his own place in London] "I think buying real estate where you don't live permanently is quite a waste of money because you have to serivce it, fix it, repair it. ...it's about being smart, I guess, about how you spend." ALSO 13.21: [when showing off his estate an hour west of Moscow] "So this is my house. It's quite ridiculous. Now the only person living in this house is my housekeeper. I only stay here when my kids come, they stay with me, but other than that it's too big to be alone in. You get lonely. I've slept in this bedroom maybe 15 times.
