DSG Clutch Pressure (Clamping Pressure) and WHY you need it ?

I just wanted to make a short video about this issue ... yeah for me is an issue. More and more people this days ask for MORE CLUTCH Pressure... Everyone asks for 16-18 bars of pressure without knowing why they need it of if they need it.
Your gearbox will generate AS MUCH pressure AS NEEDED so your clutch does not slip. If your clutch holds at 10 bar , it will not make more than 10 bar, if it feels no slip at 12 (because your clutch is a bit worn) then it will make 12 bar and stop there.

Nice video Gigi, Do you know what meassuring blocks to search in VCDS for the clutchs pressure? for a DQ250 (2008 VW GTI)

Just put "pressure" in the search filed of the PID's , it will show all "pressure" related channels.

@@GigiBeleaDK thanks, maybe is an issue in my VCDS, in the DSG module meassurement blocks it does not show any description for the different blocks, I will keep trying to see what is wrong with it, do you have any video presenting your DSG tuning service, I liked to see what can you offer for this
