It's in the same vein that KZbin will take down videos without any nudity for "adult content" but if you look deep enough, you can find videos of women getting finger blasted with full nudity that are allowed to stay up. It's selective moderation based around advertisement and not around what is actually wrong. Derich should have been outright banned after being reported for that, but that's just my take.
