very informative review, one thing though, why would you say he's different in "scale"" than for instance marvel legends, michael was 5'9 130 pounds, surely cap america should be much bigger than jackson, movie cap shouldn't be that much bigger, but comic cap probably should, so it could be that sometimes jackson here is a different "size" than , say, a legend, but he needn't always be in a different "scale", most lines are also internally inconsistent with scale so often we have to mix and match it on our own to get it right, jackson looks like he's correct 1 12 scale (1 inch=1 foot) and some legends, not all, but some, are in this scale as well, figuarts are often true 1 12 so are black series

The worst part of the bootleg are white hand and foot joints. They break otherwise decent looking toy apart. Mafex bootlegs are much better in this regard.
