He bleached his skin to look white. It later turned into a disease then he needed surgery for real. He also got a nose job I forget why, insecurity or to look white. He had said his nose looked to big or something in that context. Its hard to say anything the mans dead but there was quite a bit of evidence saying he was likely mentally ill. Again who knows.

You can't get it from skin bleaching it's a hereditary disease(his grandfather had it) he just bleached his skin in his later years because he didn't want to look like a cow.
