DT Challenge 2017 - Stock A final of the Tamiya DT02 Holiday Buggy at Surrey and Hants Radio Control Car Club SHRCCC in Farnborough South London. Competitive racing in the DT02 chassis class where all cars run on the same electrics with very little modifications allowed. Allowed electric modifications include Tamiya Sport Tuned, Torque Tuned & Silver Can motors. Other modifications to the DT02 Holiday Buggy are ball bearings, strut braces for the front shocks, upgraded oil filled shocks and LiPo batteries. The other classes included the DT01, DT02 & DT03 chassis cars such as the Madbull, Neo Fighter, Racing Fighter, Desert Gator, Sand Viper & Super Fighter GR.

The stock DT02 chassis really enables you to be a more precise driver. It's a really good and fun RC to learn with.

That looks like great fun, cheap too, and not over complex cars nor insane speeds. Just good fun that most half decent drivers can get involved with.

It’s a load of fun. Everyone raves the same cars and even with a bit of arging and barging everyone has a laugh ..... we have another DT event happening at the 18th August this year at the club again.

These were running the sport tuned motors and were pretty nippy ..... we had another DT round in the Super Off Roader 2019 ...... check out the latest videos for the heat ...... was a fun race!
