hola no reconoce el papel yo lo que hago es poner una cinta de papel color cafe en el filo del papel pet por la parte brillosa y asi logras que te imprima completo . ami me pasaba lo mismo le ponia la hoja y varias veces no mas imprimia la mita o solamnete una line por en medio de la hoja .

hello take off print margin setting from the rip software, on the rip software MAKE SURE your your paper size is exact to the paper in printer, make sure the check paper size is off. ON PRINTER, make sure the sheet matches the size as well.

Hi Please help, I'm getting this error: 'PAPER OUT IN PAPER CASSETTE.' It keeps coming up on the converted DTF XP 15000, and I'm using AcroRip 10.5. The printer was working for a while, but then I encountered this error.

did you flood your capping youll need to clean paper sensor either on bottom or where film actually goes in through. hopefully nothing broken like that lever that grabs the sheets and pulls it in

Upgrade acrorip to 10.5 and problems with pet film gone

My second error was that. I have 10.5 and had matte film and glossy setting on acro rip and it kept causing paper jam error after I cleaned chip

Just select plain papier on right panel in acrorip 10.5 and now be print
