Thank you, this should be the first video that comes up with the error code. Not sure why EPSON, wourint dn't show something like this also. My problem wasn't the stuck belt, but it was the print head not moving for some reason. So I moved it back and forth, and it took away the error code. When it first went to print, no ink showed up, so I did the head cleaning, and everything went smoothly. Thanks again. Have a great Christmas. Don B.

I came here to say THANK YOU. It wasn't my belt, but your video helped us figure out the problem. For me, my printhead also wasn't getting back into position. We tried the belt thing, nothing. Tried nudging, nothing. But my husband finally pushed the head so hard (he thought he broke it) but it clicked back into place! Printing perfect since. Oh my goodness I am so happy.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! This worked after several tries. At first my belt wouldn't move but I tried to use the scanner and that trigger it to allow me to move the belt.

You can spray a little WD-40 on the rollers too. Mine has not done it since I fixed it

Thank you for the great video! Unfortunately your solution didn't work for my problem, but you inspired me to keep looking for another solution. I'm trying to print on Staples brand 13x19 "Ultra Premium Photo Paper" and when I measured the width it's actually almost 13 1/8 inches! I used a straight edge and a razorblade to cut off a tiny sliver from the width and tried reprinting. Success! That finally worked for me! Just wanted to share my solution in the spirit of helpfulness from your video, in case it might help someone else. Check that paper size! :-) Thanks again!

Hi. I have 2 Epson 15000, one for sublimation and one for ink jet. Do you know what caused the bigger sheets of paper (13x9) to fold up towards the corners while printing?

mine does the same thing and i cann't get it to stop doing it... mine folds up and causes it to jam all the time!

@@Abauerlien2312 I ended up sending it back to the Epson it was still under warranty and they shipped me a new one. There was nothing I could do other than that. Sorry for the late response. I plan to get a back up just in case another issue come up. Good luck

Good luck calling Epson. They just refused to warranty mine. I suspected they would. Made me take a pic of ink lines. 3rd party ink… no go

This helped with my paper jam- thank you!!! Has yours ever said “print done” but it didn’t print anything from my rear tray?! It’s driving me crazy🤦🏽‍♀️😞. Cassette tray things are printing. It’s strange, it happened once before but cannot remember what I did.

I had same problem. But I noticed it was my printhead that wasn't getting back into position. So when the print head adjusted near the left side (which is where mine was getting stuck), I gave it a little nudge a couple of times and SUCCESS! I did have to run a printhead clean once it was done, because nothing printed on my test print. However after cleaning print head nozzles, all is well in my world!

Same happened to me. But I found out that the white strap attached to the head was bent. So I straightened it, and then after, it worked. Makes sure the white strap isn’t bent

Epson said they wouldn't fix it cause the tubes show its a 3rd party ink been used and I tried this step thats not working ughhhh this sucks $800 gone down the drain and only had this for 5 months

Did you turn it off? If so try moving the belt back and for with it on the restart it. If it still doesn’t work I’d call for replacement.
