I have used this dtf hack many times and it holds up. I have also pressed on white vinyl offset on dark fabrics.and it works well

my thought on the white vinyl with this stuff is it's defeating the purpose of this stuff LOL With this stuff you're just suppose to be able to print, powder, and press. Having to bust out my Cricut to do another step isn't what I was expecting or wanting.

Can you use countertop ovens to bake the sheet? How do clam shell heatpress works, does it cooks evenly?

if you choose to go this route, you'll need to make sure that there isn't a fan on the oven, because you don't want it blowing your sheet or the powder stuff around. I wouldn't do the clamshell because it would be hard to get even heat through. What you can use is a heat blower gun thingy, that'll work just fine, make sure and seal down the edges of the paper so it doesn't fly around

Hi question I have epson 2850 I tried this but it doesn't work what I'm i doing wrong the paper just slides out I've even tried white paper behind dtf paper

Did you use the white sticker on the bottom of the sheet? You may need to do front & back. Some printers need it to be thicker to register that it’s a piece of paper.
