Seriously!!! I wish he did yours with talks like this… I’ve luckily been able to see him in person, and while listening to this… I thought about how ironic it is to go along with him jokingly make the audience ohm, to listening him say some of the most spiritual stuff I’ve ever heard. Not to discredit anything, but I can feel his talks truthfully bettering me.

40:36 I just cleaned my shed last week and could feel the evil spirits dissipating with every black widow I squished. I’m only 37 and have already become an old crusty! One of the best days of my month. Also, I have a lot of home renovation experience, and would be happy to teach you the ins and outs out of drywall repair if you’re actually interested! I live in a little town outside of Austin called Spicewood. Just let me know!

Always enjoy your expositions - I found William Burroughs Jr’s Speed and Kentucky Ham read .. I guess I am not the biggest fan of senior and his Moroccoan adventures … Jr remains in Grenache village after (I won’t spoil why for those .. there’s a pop quiz for those unfamiliar - where is Mrs. Burroughs?) .. so Jr stays in Grenache and recaps his escapades in New York as an adolescent.

Apologies if this is a crazy rambling, but on the topic of theme park adults: I dated a person for years whose family fucking LOVED Epcot and would pay for us to go every year. So I spent 4 years in a row flying down to Orlando to walk around Epcot with an overpriced buzz on German beer. I remember feeling a profound sense of shame and disgust with myself on the last visit as I became more sober and less self involved as a person and started to notice on these Epcot trips that nearly everyone except us was an adult dutifully and miserably carting around their young kids. I remember passing by a mom sitting on the hot Florida pavement with her kid who was just barfing his guts out and the look of utter defeat on that poor woman’s face is burned into my brain. Most adults there were probably just trying to find a bit of a reprieve from the Magic Kingdom because Epcot had more booze and food but less rides so almost every kid in that place was cranky and pissed off. And here we were a group of middle aged adults and childless adults in our late 20s meandering around this sticky wasteland just adding more bloated bodies to the restaurant and gift shop lines. Gross. The time I spent in that relationship and with those people in that theme park were some of the most existentially dark of my life but if you were to look at photos of us at Disney world you’d think the opposite. What kills me is how ridiculously oblivious I was as a person (mostly due to drinking) but they were just that way sober. Lesson is if you are a young adult in a new relationship and you think you’re in love and they ask you to go to Epcot please take a hard long look at your 🫵decisions that led you to this point and ask them to be fucking for real.
