謝謝分享介紹，雲吞麵由細食到老，習慣了傳統雲吞的做法，除了主角是蝦外（北美洲無鮮蝦因此不能要求太多）應要加上一些半肥瘦豬肉，最緊要有大地魚末，缺了這個靈魂便不是雲吞了，湯的靈魂亦是大地魚末。多倫多想食靚的崩沙腩，價格太貴了。我好祈望食到傳統的雲吞和湯麵。

果皮，飯團： 首先你要多謝你地的食物介绍，真心開心又認真又暖胃，好似自己搭枱食左一样。我睇左好多食物utuber的clips, 唯一能留住我既，係你地!中肯，自然，乜都肯試，又叫得多，唔会係鳝稿，其实多倫食物業多谢你，因為你地，我地都願意去試，讀者又揾到好吃的，令日常平淡的生活多了一份樂趣，我十月份有親戚来訪，他们对这兒吃得多姿多彩，好羨幕，口口声声要吃很多好吃的，我好有信心唔令你失望，讓佢地“全身肥胖”開開心心回家去。另外餐馆老闆們，如果食物好，伙記友善，环境衛生，收费公道合理，有口碑，顧客回頭率就会高，宣传只不過是其中一个因素，因为好多食客都很精灵，心裏有數。至于口味既野，因人而異，沒有誰对誰錯，人家無私奉献，自掏腰包，週圍去食去分享，又要上傳，又要做字幕，大家開心就鼓勵一下，將心比己。

婆婆住附近，所以有幫襯過，未曾中過伏! 我第一次去食粥，覺得粥底可以再綿些，剛巧老板在場，他告訴我，粥底還見米，乃是証明粥真係用米㷛的，並非用米漿開的! 我接受他的解釋! 你們喜歡食猪膶的話，必定要試吓滿意的豬膶粥! 我老公都稱讚豬膶處理得很好! 腸粉都好食! 好奇怪，我自問對港式粥粉麵的要求都颇高，滿意雖不是100分，但都值80分，食得過! 確實唔明為何網友會說中伏!

脆到挂上颚是因为面和的特别软。面越软，炸油条的时候就会越脆，表皮还会炸出很多小油泡，我们那边叫荔枝皮，挂到上颚。

I visited the place a second time yesterday. First visit a couple weeks ago not so satisfactory I guess we ordered the wrong stuff. The two specials are not that good definitely not their specialties. They are the only choices that come with free hot beverages much like the typical cafe format. Yesterday I ordered the congee with shredded pork n black eggs 👍 Rice rolls with BBQ pork fresh n tasty but takes a bit long coz made on order Wonton in soup out of this world the best I've ever had, I'm into wonton always on the lookout for the best 鯪魚球 in soup not as good as the fried version that we tried the first time, so next time I'll brave getting blisters on my lips n go for the fried ones lol The fried fish skin also my favorite was very satisfactory, not fishy, at $8 very reasonable as this is something I can't pull off at home, very delicious Then me n my son wanted to see if their beef brisket is any good since it's my son's favorite dish. We finished the brisket in no time though we are very full : the noodle is of superior quality (hence the take out for one portion is $3 I guess). I'm always paranoid about noodles one time at this famous congee joint, a franchise, I can smell ammonia n I had the waitress removed the thing without venturing a bite We actually had the beef tendon , very tasty not mushy The tab comes to $59 n change before gratuity The second visit is satisfactory, we order the right food, price wise it's a tad more than the average congee outfits but if u want quality this is the place U always get what u pay I must say they had quite a few ppl working in the kitchen as my table allowed me a full view of the behind the scene operation, I'm sure they don't need to microwave ur order There's line up but the wait is not long We were there around 3 n seated within 15 minutes. The boss (?) Is quite attentive. When he over heard me n my son talking about food allergies he quickly explained the store's allergy protocols. Will definitely go again! Thx for ur video otherwise I wouldn't know about this place. Btw they are closed Mondays

First off I like ur videos, good job, never mind the negative comments I have no doubt ur sampling the variety of dishes is for the benefit of the viewers, I do believe u paid out of ur pocket though I don't really care I like ur comment about feeling good after the visits I do have the same sentiment with my favorite restaurants that I patronize again n again Thx for ur efforts I'll definitely try this place as I'm always looking for the best wonton noodle. Light soup base. Clear taste without heavy MSG. 😍. Food quality is very good overall. Never disappointed. Noodles and congee very well made with Dace, beef, and cuttlefish balls. Will definitely be back. 🥰
