我們以前去士嘉堡和順，覺得那邊的豬肚雞㷛的雞overcooked。因為那邊的雞和豬肚是一齊放進㷛內煮，一窩上枱的。 5月份我回香港吃這種湯窩，香港是把一碟生雞和一窩滾湯分別上枱的，雞的生熟程度由食客自由控制。我覺得比和順好。最近去了HWY 7這間，見到這邊現在有生雞和湯分開，感覺現在應該會很美味。

朱肚 is my favorite, something not doable for me at home. This certainly looks good n worth the price😮

I love the burnt rice at the bottom too, but this is way too burnt, warning of health hazards: burnt n BBQ stuff not good All tasty stuff comes with consequences, unfortunately Thx for the video, I've never heard of this place

@@shirleyl8903 yes the hot pot was great, I took the leftover home and the soup formed a very solid gelatin the next day. I really think the soup base is pork bones broth with 腐竹。
