Shifu Ricky, chicken seasoned with just salt? Don't need any other seasonings? Will the meat be so strong of chicken smell? The skin is crispy but the meat should also be flavourful.

108 this year, I'm still using the same 0ld big & small cast iron wok + same 0ld big & small cast iron skillets for the past 90 years.
i like to broil in oven 20 minutes skin side up... no cutting, skin super crispy, meat super juicy, no mess no cleanup... but miss out on deglazing... will need to get a cast iron pan to do it in like that.
