ArWing 900. qOpenHD on the ground. wfb-ng for the radio.
Sunny, but windy and cold day.
Two cameras with OpenIPC on the plane.
One configured as "server", receives mavlink from FC and controls the radio.
The client cam streams video to the "server" cam via LAN.
When a button on the transmitter is pressed, mavlink message is received and the video source in the the "server cam" is switched between Server or Client sensor.

I have some concerns for the LAN cable, since it is not twisted and quite close to the 2.4Ghz PA, but seems to work.

amazing, please consider some cheap or DIY 2 axis(at least) gimbal, they were revolution like 10 years ago (I was making them for sale) but now you can get small rewinded motors and simole brushless controller and it will make it 100 times more usable for video . google simple BGC and similar.. below 50$

Ingenious idea. Having, theoretically, a dedicated FPV camera and a an optical zoom capable one, lets say on a gilbal, is amazing. What kind of antennas are you using? I`m 90% sure you are using linear polarized sinde we are housing wifi and all, but I cant fathom how you are able to get such range on them - are you using an active antenna traker via GPS?

LHCP, helix and/or patch on the ground. No tracker, simply rotate them by hand, the beam is not so narrow.

Better join the telegram channel for details. In general, there is a tool on the server camera that listens for the Rx channels reported by the Flight Controller. So you can define an action on the cam when you press a switch on your RemoteControl. Like turn on/off IR filter, change camera, change video params, etc.
