@ Madness doesn’t debuff enemies by 20%. Plus it doesn’t even proc on like 90% of enemies, except NPCs, so adding the talisman seems fair

@ well, as much as I’d like one, I think it’s better not to, for good balance reasons. Everyone would just run a Cold build for 44% damage if it also had a 20% boost talisman

If you're trying to break an enemy's Stance be sure to keep the pressure on.
