You’ve made the effort of 3D printing a blue bracket for the wiring to be fixed to, but then you’re just Bodge fixing the FI light and relay with cable ties?? Why not redesign the blue bracket so that the black FI can be removed and use a larger bolt so the relay can be fixed to the triple clamp too?

Depending on the year and model there’s multiple and various types of warning light brackets that have been used for the two and four stroke bikes and securing it to the harness head end bracket as shown will be the ideal in most instances. Another option worth considering is using the original bolt hole and arranging a longer bolt with a spacer config as needed. There will always be user preference mounting solutions to work out including the horn and air box wiring. We’ve carefully worked out a solution with this kit that’s adaptable to any of the bike models in the year range specified however some unique adaptations may be required
