The adaptive trigger potentiometer is not for the position of the trigger itself but for the position of the motor. And as konishiwoi already wrote, the hall sensor is for the position of the trigger and the trigger stop lever sensor is to make sure the controller sends a "trigger is fully pulled" signal, regardless of the stop lever setting.
@konishiwoi2 жыл бұрын
The lever to detect the position is probably so the controller knows a trigger stop is engaged making the trigger stop not strickly mecanichal but also incorporated into the software to the adaptive triggers remain functionnal without conflict with the next boundaries of the trigger. Then the hall effect is here for the actual analog imput of the trigger

@kaiser52844 ай бұрын
SERIOUS QUESTION. I took apart my Edge controller just to get a good understanding of the components inside & put it back together. Now, the L2 is registering as pushed in & L1 isnt activating either as a result. I was very careful & nothing appears damaged. I did however notice that the ribbon cable for the trigger assemblies had a small line (almost like a purposeful indent/scratch) on one connector. This is on the end that connects the module to the main motherboard. I noticed that this was consistent on both trigger assemblies, so I have thus far assumed it is part of the design. Ive cleaned all the assemblies with 70% isopropyl & ensure all connections were secure yet the L2 still registers as stuck. ANY ADVICE OR INSIGHT PLEASE🙏🏽
