Yes of course regardless of primary or secondary market once a purchase of 2M is done you will be eligible for it

Loved the content! Just a question, regarding short term rentals it was stated that 62 million people visited New York in one year and 69 million in dubai. Where is this number from? Because, dubai only had 16 million tourist of 2023 tourists that visited

Yes this is false, dubai doesn't have the infrastructure to host that many people. But new york's 62m is mostly made up of americans. Only 13.6m internationals visted new york in 2023. In 1st is bangkok, then paris, london, and finaly dubai in 4th for 2023
