Skyscrapers & MegaProjects I contacted emmar’s rep, and they said the point is they want to finish the whole project( towers, hospitals , roads etc) at the same time, imagine they finished the tower on 2020 as they mentioned before, the spot would be empty not to mention that ther will be the worlds largest mall, so the tower the tower will finish end of 2022.

With 20 usable floors this is not a skyscraper. This is a signal transmitter tower (TV/LTE, etc.) marketed by UAE as a skyscraper. By the way, building tall signal towers is exponentially easier than skyscrapers of the same height.
