The real question has already been asked in many divorce cases. Did the wife contribute towards the gaining of the value of their estate? Of were either of them financially well off before the marriage? Divorce settlements should only reflect the contributions made during the marriage. But of course the law is an ass and in these cases is always anti-male in whatever country the divorce happens.

But seriously your remarks in this video about law show a lack of knowledge about international law. And no. Countries don't do "arrest warrants" in behalf of others. It would be a violation of international law and sovereignty. An extradition is not fulfilling an arrest warranty that has no validity. So UK courts can make all the warrants and decisions they want that other countries won't do anything about it. All they can do is to ask for a cooperative law enforcement process between the two jurisdictions. That's why things are being dealt with the Dubai courts and not the UK ones. Ship is in Dubai.
