Workout Description
There is one score for this workout - total rounds and repetitions in the 15:00 time cap.
This workout begins with the athlete standing with the jump rope on the ground. After the call of “3, 2, 1, Go”, the athlete will start with the double-under and continue through the chipper for 15:00. If the athlete completes a full round before time expires, they return to the top with the double-under.
One full round is 300 repetitions in full. As an example, if an athlete completes a full single round, and completes 25 wall balls before time expires, that athlete would have a score of 1+125.
