Thank you. Excel sheet calculation based on the assumption that property will be rent out after hand over but incase property will not rent out as you schedule then you to have bear additional cost till time you got tenant.

All big investors in Dubai are buying demanding products from top tier developers and then sell it in the secondary market on premium in short period of time as a general rule the investment amount is less and the ROI they get on the TOTAL Price of that particular product.
