There is one issue you cannot do compounding monthly with Stake unless you have invested 120k and secondly, you might not reinvest even that small profit if there is no property listed. By the way, can you share a story of a non-resident who invested in Stake, if any. Pakistanis cannot use their cards because of unusual much higher conversion bank rates (dollar rate is 313 for HBL card).

you need atleast minimum of 2million dirhams to be eligible for a golden visa of 10 years. u can get residental permit called taskeen for investing 750000 aed of 2 years
