Glad that the Shri Krishna temple still stands. The interesting thing is the temple stands in front of the historic Dubai Museum, which used to be the main fort of the city. It was as if the Lord himself was protecting the city. Also interesting is that it stands next to a mosque complex also, a unique example of harmony across religions in this part of the world.

I come to visit my sister in Dubai, she suggested this temple. I used to go every Tuesday and Friday since last month without knowing they will move to another place. I cherish every moment here and feel gratitude at least there is a temple near to my place but unfortunately it was moved to another place.

I have been to the temple many times. The place has a unique vibe, with a Shiva temple and a Sai Baba temple downstairs, and an upstairs Sikh temple. Although I am not a Sikh and do not understand Punjabi, I spend hours sitting in the Sikh temple to listen to the songs they sing. It is one of the best places in Dubai. Does anyone know why they closed the temple?

Didnt you see temples and statues being attacked in Canada by joint venture of Khalistanis and Jihadis? We should learn from the Jews.They are the most intelligent people in the world.And 2 days in a week they spend on reading and learning their religious texts,they completely off their Mobile phones etc.and concentrate on reading and underztanding the meaning of their scriptures.The habbit of reading is as good as meditating and develops our intellect,skills and morals.They dont spend their time and money building temples and statues in every country. Wheras majority of hindus give maximum importance to just visiting temples chanting some mantras and singing devotional songs only. Very few people spend time learning or reading hindu texts so the result is lot of superstitions in our society.And several people read just half of texts and believe they know everything. There is a proverb"Half knowledge is more dangerous than ignorance". A wise man was commenting" It is because the brahmins dont learn or teach the religious texts to the hindus which is the cause of the decay of Indian society".
