My husband caught some of the vlog as I watched some of it while scrambling some eggs and he enjoyed benji’s quips 😆 thanks for the honest bits where you show a mare of a queue line or where yo think there isn’t quite the added value for you on something eg going in to the aquarium or general comments on how long the mini golf lasts for the coin!! We are going to Dubai soon and this has been really helpful. We lived in Dubai for 13 years before returning to Wimborne 11 years ago. So much has changed since then, but I have really enjoyed catching up with the new and re visiting old familiar places we once knew so well. The '3D Mini Golf' looked immense!! We have that here, in the UK its called Ghetto Golf, but instead of underwater theme, its, hard to describe tbh, my brother and my sis in law have been, and from what they've told me, there's like 'tunnel of love' car, one area had the Jezza Kyle stage theme, there's 'the toy claw game' theme...I'm dyyyyying to go, they went to the one by them in Liverpool, I keep bugging them to take me lol, Massive congratulations on the engagement, I cried as if I know you lol when you did the back story...you 2 are the sweetest couple!! Love a water park, on the very first holiday with my now hubby we was on a double donut ring slide and I jumped onto the back of it so quickly because I was excited we ended up taking the lifeguard down with us 🙈 he was stood at the front while I got on, luckily he saw the funny side of it 🤣

I visited the Wild Wadi water park and the Dubai Mall on my family trip to Dubai in 2013, so I enjoyed seeing them in this vlog. Although I never went to the Burj Khalifa, my family and I had afternoon tea to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel on the same day we went to Wild Wadi because they are very close to each other. I loved the extra engagement day footage in this vlog too. Another thing I enjoyed doing in Dubai was an open-top bus tour. I remember bringing home a toy camel from Dubai as well as souvenirs such as a fridge magnet and a keyring. The Emirates economy class service on both my flights was excellent with amazing food, lots of Disney films to watch and great music to listen to.

I was in the Dubai mall back in 2019 and the storm troopers than are now in rise of the resistance was on display at the mall. Actually, not sure if it is the same ones, but they were the Star Wars guys that is in the ride of RotR? I only got to spend 90 minutes there as I went to Dubai for a work meeting. I need to now plan an actual trip where I don’t waste days in meetings. Also, I saw the water show al floor up, right outside the Apple Store.
