Hi have you ever have a connecting flight at terminal 1 at dublin airport? Both my arrival and onwart flights are in the same terminal? Do I need a short stay visa or something?

not sure but don't think so if the same terminal and you are not walking outside

Don't think so I suspect American immigration is in terminal 2 ...not sure about that there's always Airport Police who will help you
