This song on repeat helps me to get through some of my worst PTSD symptoms. I started with crying, then deep breathing . Now I let my soul shine through the cracks in my heart. This song has helped me become a better person. It has helped me be a friend for people who needed one while going through their own hells.
@alistairmackenzie6983 Жыл бұрын
It's fascinating how different a song can be depending on where you're at in you're life. I've always loved this song. Coming out of an almost 15 year relationship that ended very poorly. It hits different. I need to walk away, but still accept responsibility for the cracks I caused. It's the only way for everyone to move on
@sarahthesarah2850 Жыл бұрын
@@alistairmackenzie6983 We all get cracked up throughout life. We can celebrate the lessons learned when we have space from grieving our losses and venting our anger. When we do this in a functional way, we fill our cracks with gold. Like Kintsugi. We fill in those cracks with the best of ourselves and our lives so that we may mend and become the best version of ourselves. It's like a soul alchemy in a way. I believe that once our souls are ripe with this richness we join deep within Great Spirit. Our lives we have lived adds to the richness and substance of all of Existence like a great ocean of memory and potential future. Through surviving hell we get closer to making each moment heavenly. Some cracks are generational. To be born we crack. That leaves our hearts and minds open, impressionable, vulnerable. Who we are is still being shaped. Any big or intensely stressful change is like a new birth We rise at the crack of dawn. Turning of cycles are new births too. It seems to be human is to live and die in the same breath. To be human though is to share all the most relevant and soulful stuff of life with each other wherever we may and will. These folks become of us and breaking up cracks us apart. It can be excruciating to go through for both sides. As we learn more about conflict we learn how to do this in a way that benefits all involved. It gets more difficult the bigger and more involved the conflict is. We are each still learning. My condolences for your pain and the lingering feelings and wounds. The best we may do is to help each person we encounter with what we have. At the moment all I have is philosophy and feelings that I can offer you. I hope it helps, at least a little.

Hell is real. Demons are real. The devil is real. God loves you and does not want you to end up in hell. Give Jesus a chance, he payed for your sins on the cross, so you don't have to. Your soul and salvation are worth infinitely more than you can ever imagine. Do not carelessly, ignorantly, or foolishly throw them away. Turn to Jesus, and he will save you and those who you know, from the fires and torments of hell Look into God's true word (The Holy Bible) as it is a love letter from Him to you to save you (it will be the most important thing you ever read/look into) For those who do not believe or unfortunately believe in false religions and doctrines, the evidence/proof you seek, is only a click or search away

This is one of the tracks that my mum used to play all the time when I was younger. Nostalgia is kickin' in.

Damn shit has changed. But this still goes, along with Sierra Leone by Mt Eden, my first two dubstep songs ever heard while fucking around in Icecrown. These two songs literally changed my life.
