I remember in 8th grade I was introduced to EDM. Dubstep was the first I ever got into, thanks to a old friend. He taught me how to dance to it and a couple months later we did a talent show together. Ever since then I have always loved dancing to Dubstep. This song came to me in a time in my life, along with the Mt Eden "Still Alive" Remix, when I was playing a ton of League of Legends and Mirror's Edge, and a buddy of mine, Daniel, introduced me to raving, the electronic music scene in general, Tripp pants, and making kandi. When I think of how dubstep is perceived by a lot of folks nowadays, I always grin and shake my head a bit because this "era" of the genre is how I remember it most bright and vivid. This music, this culture, these vibes and that era defined a part of my life, and were a backdrop to the bond I have with my best friend in the world. Legendary.
