Dubstar - I (Friday Night)

Back when I was about to graduate high school and start college, I used to have a friend named Hera who was very much into electronic/techno music. Her life was all about it. She introduced me to this song, "I (Friday Night)" from Dubstar, along with their other song "Stars". Both of these songs remind me of that friend. I don't know exactly what caused us to drift apart, but we lost contact and I never saw her again after I graduated college. Every time I listen to these songs, I am reminded of her. I hope you are doing well, Hera.

I loved Dubstar…I saw Dubstar live at The Riverside, Newcastle in 1990’s, Sarah Blackwood was sitting on a suitcase outside the venue ❤️❤️❤️!

How long did it take to make a gorgeous girl like Sarah (not that she's "just a girl" or anything) look like Lady Gaga would look after 10 pints, a kebab & a fight? Also, this is the only Dubstar video I can think of where we actually see Steve & Chris playing their instruments instead of being observers or voyeurs - unless there's one I missed. This track took a while to grow on me but I really like it now.

thats their only single that followed their previous two albums sounds..rest of the album is darker with raw and edgy sound and indier feeling.is it good?its brilliant album tbh n underrated.dubstar were too smart for their own good in the industry.
